I love this piece. I’ve often found myself caught between pushing myself and pausing out of fear of burnout, constantly searching for some “perfect balance.” But perhaps that’s the wrong lens maybe burnout doesn’t come from working hard, but from pushing through things we’re not genuinely interested in. Maybe it’s less about effort and more about alignment.

"More effort equals less burnout." This line resonated with me. The more engaged I am with a hobby the more I want to learn and do more.
