I keep one around called "No expert users," which is not to assume anyone has training, is a domain expert, or will always want the complex features. Another one for your Quality metric might be that most people form lasting opinions about a website's quality based on their first ~100ms of interaction, so outdated visuals, lagging loads, etc, will always create bad perceptions.
